I'm sorry you're having some trouble logging in.
Just to confirm, nothing at all happens when you hit the button, no error messages or anything? Did you notice the button was grayed out or anything?
Could I have you try running Ubisoft Connect as Admin to see if that helps?
If not, I'd ask that you reinstall Ubisoft Connect, then let me know if you have any further trouble with it.
