I like the part of trying to get 100% completion on AC Valhalla where you start a side quest and get the first part of it done and the quest issuer just vanishes into thin air

Yeah. This is great. I'm sure there will be more I'll mention after wasting 100+ hours of gameplay to be denied my 100% trash

Welcome to Discussions! I am sorry to hear that you have been encountering issues with some of the world events in Assassin's Creed Valhalla.
Just to confirm, are the three world events you are referring to the following?
If so, can you please tell me whether you have tried travelling away from the sites of each world event and returning to it later? As a general rule, world events reset after they are not interacted with for a while, so if you have encountered any issues or lost sight of your objective, this should be an effective way to restart the world event and reset its progress.
If you continue to experience issues, it would be helpful if you could provide short video clips showing the issue(s) you have encountered with each world event for us to forward to the developers for further investigation. Thank you!
