I've checked with our team, and the expected download size for the update on PC was around 20.3 GB, so I am wondering whether you may have had a corrupted installation previously or that files needed replacing?
Can you please check what the complete installation size of the game is after the update is applied, and let me know whether it is bigger than you would expect?
