I haven't played AC: Valhalla in awhile. I decided to jump back into my game. There was a long update required. However, now the game crashes every time I try to launch the game. I get a few splash screens with the seizure warning, AMD advertisement, and note about diversity of team that made the game. As soon as the screen about the saving icon pops up, the game crashes. I went to the Ubisoft launcher and did the option to verify game files. That didn't fix anything. Is there a way to find out what could be causing the crash? This game was never very stable when it came out, but when I picked it back up in the spring it worked decently well. Even when it wasn't very stable for me, I used to be able to at least load the game and play for a little bit before there were crashes.

Hey @bjaurelio!

Welcome back to the game and I'm sorry to hear you're running into those crashes now.

There are definitely a few things we can do to see if we can get you back to properly playing. Since you already tried verifying your files, clear your Ubisoft Connect cache for me and run through what's left in this troubleshooting guide.

If that doesn't resolve the crashes, then I'd like for you to attach your System Files to a Support Case and then update me so I can take a closer look. If you have any questions, reach out and let me know.
