Hi need help ,my base game ( mexico psn store ) is not compatible with my Dawn of ragnarok dlc (uk psn store ), playing from my uk account, apparently it does not recognize the dlc and creates a separate folder in the storage and does not show it within the game content manager either

Apologies for any inconvenience but purchases on the PlayStation store can be region locked. It could also be that the DLC is not game sharing between the UK and MX accounts. You'll need to reach out to PlayStation for further assistance to confirm if that is the case here.
