I am late to the table but was warned off because of all the bugs.
It really does beggar belief I cannot not only finish any quests but the game keeps changing which quest I'm on when playing one. I have the voice on so that I can keep a check and one moment I'm getting dialogue for one quest and the next it has all changed to another.
nine times out of ten when I open the game all characters are dead on the ground, [censored]?
I reload - 100+ gigs = 12 hours - verify files, but no luck.
In over 2 decades I have never experienced a more broken game

Because all of this hasn't been fixed by now it is obvious that the task was too big for the programmers. Time for the company to do some sacking and find people who know what they are doing.
