To clarify our position on this, we prefer to avoid automatic translation tools if we can, as they can lead to misunderstands. We believe it is a lot more pleasant for players to speak the language they are comfortable with, to others (either players or support agents) who speak that same language. So, with that in mind, we prefer to redirect players to the correct channels for their language. If players want to translate their posts to continue with us in English, though, that's fine too
