[2022] Game is freezing on start up screen before accessing the main menu

I recently got the new dlc and linked my Xbox to the Xbox app on my phone. And the day after that the game won’t load, it freezes on the first screen. I have turned off and in the xbox, I have deleted and reinstalled everything. I moved it from my external hard drive to the systems internal drive. And still nothing. It’s driving me crazy. I don’t know what else to do then mess with saves.
