Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear that the romance option isn't available at the moment.
Can you please provide us with a short video showing options with Randvi and then Petra, so we can have a look? Secondly, can you please confirm how far in the story arc are you at the moment?

I'm sorry to hear that you aren't able to romance Petra the hunter!
Before this is able to be done, you'll need to complete her quest "Have You Seen This Man." Once that quest is done, you can go back to her in her hut and when you talk to her, she should have the "Shall we spend some time together?" dialog option. After that you can complete the following objective with her and eventually when talking to her again she will confess that she likes you, and from there you can choose to reject or romance her.
