As I previously stated here, there's some sort of misinformation about the Hall being upgraded.
This can be seen in @JorRaptor's video (starting 1:50:42)
Current level of Jomsviking Hall in the video was 3 and it was upgraded to level 4, so in 1:50:58 it should say "Jomsviking Hall (Level 4) - Building completed".
This might be some incrementation issue: i++ instead ++i.
