Possibly related to this thread: Today I discovered that my gear hasn't reset but instead I find that the Jomsviking from another save game (and different playthrough I should add) is now stuck in my current save. Creating a new Jomsviking was the whole point of me starting a new game!! So I really hope that there is a way to correct this Jomsviking swap. Let me know

Just to clarify, the Jomsviking lieutenant you created in another save game is now the Jomsviking lieutenant in a new save game (and separate playthrough) you've created. Is this correct?
Is the Jomsviking from your original save file, or were you able to create a new Jomsviking lieutenant in a previous new playthrough?
My understanding is that your Jomsviking to hire is tied to your Ubisoft Connect account, so this could be working as intended (so one Jomsviking lieutenant per Ubisoft Connect account). That being said, I'd like to collect this additional information from you and reach out to our dedicated teams to check if this is working as intended or is indeed an issue.
If you can provide a video that shows you have the same Jomsviking in your separate playthrough save files, this would also be helpful for investigation! I'd recommend uploading the video to a sharing platform, such as YouTube or Google Drive, as this will allow you to post a shareable link within this thread we can take a closer look at.
