- The quest says speak to Randvi about wincestre after I spoke to haytham and received a letter from him. So I walked up to Randvi to access the alliance map but wincestre isn't on the map . She also doesn't mention wincestre when talking with her. the only options available are the same as starting an alliance missions. Unable to finish mission until this bug is fixed. Also game is very unstable. It crashes a lot mostly while loading. All updates are applied.
