Bought AC valhalla Ultime on youre website, the payment was done aswell, but i see no game!!

Payment was done through ubisoft emea by IDEAL.

Support and livechat no response. Anyone knows what to do?
The order is still in the cart and says there is no payment !

This is a scam..

Checking on my end, I was able to see where the purchase went through successfully and the game was delivered to your account. If you're not seeing it in the Ubisoft Connect launcher, please try clearing the cache in the launcher and then check again. Let me know if you still aren't seeing it!
