I'm playing on PS4.
My issue started as i spoke to Reda: "connection error", no missions and no items available at all. Than i connected to Ubisoft Connect (no issue about it) just to "refresh" the situation.
Talking again with Reda, missions reappeared, but i have this on the section of the items:

Sorry to hear You can't purchase the daily and weekly items from Reda.
We have this issue under investigation by our development team, please have a look at this megathread related to this issue.
Could you please record a video showing that you are on the latest game version and demonstrating that items are not available?
