The sigrblot festival, according to the update news was suposed to have started on August 4th, given that you completed the 1st 2 campaigns in England + settlement level 2.
Well, i already have both of these done, and the festival, to this date has appeared/trigered/started yet, nor has any quest about it shown up.
Can any1 tell me whats wrong and what to do?

I'm sorry to hear you're not able to access the Sigrblot Festival as you're correct and should be able to.
I'd like you to make sure your game is fully updated, verify your files, and clear your Ubisoft Connect cache for me.
If you're still not able to participate in the festival, please go ahead and grab me a few images showing those campaigns as completed and your settlement level so we can get this checked out for you.
