I think it's a bug in ACV 1.4.1 ~ 1.4.2 that player cannot trigger effect of "Counter Roll" ONLY IF the option "Gameplay" > "Brush with death timing window" set as 300ms.



In screenshot above, I set it in 400ms so that I can trigger the effect of Counter Roll(with Master Counter Roll), just like what I did in video below:

But if you set the option "Gameplay" > "Brush with death timing window" as 300ms, you can never trigger Counter Roll, just like what I tried in another video:

I guess the judgement of Counter Roll would conflict with Brush Death if the timing window of brush death too low. If it's really working as I think, maybe you should add warning to player after they changed the option's value into a range leading the conflict.
