Hugr rip wont let me use the Powers cos i have a new one (i dont its the menu that says new)
I can't select any quest either because the log says NEW quest and there is none. Just says 0 quests and I've been playing a hour. Any fix?

Sorry to hear about these issues you've been having with AC Valhalla.
Could you confirm for us if the Hugr-Rip 'resetting' once you reload a save? Would you be able to provide us with a video that demonstrates this? We can then forward this to the game team for investigation. You can upload this clip to a video/file sharing site like YouTube or Google Drive, and post the link in your reply to share the video with us.
Can you also tell us if you have any active quests visible at all in the quest log? Are you able to provide us with a screenshot so that we're able to take a closer look for you?
