After the latest update, I am unable to use the mouse on my PS5 while playing AC Valhalla. It used to work before the latest 1.2.1 update (with very high sensitivity) but now after the update it doesn't work at all. The keyboard works fine. Both the mouse and keyboard are detected by the PS5 so it's only happening in AC Valhalla. Can you please help.

Sorry to hear that your mouse stopped working.
Have you tried reinstalling your game by any chance? It will help you to eliminate any potentially corrupted data that can lead to this issue.

I can see that you have commented on an old thread from May 2021. This thread is regarding an issue using the mouse on a PS5.
I have checked your account and can see that you have not played Assassin's Creed Valhalla and that you play on PC not PS5. Can you confirm if you are playing the game on PS5 using a different Ubisoft account and that you are unable to use your mouse?
