[2022] file size

Hey,

I bought the game through Epic Games store which stated the required free space for the files was 50gb. I downloaded the game through Epic Games and tried to launch it but it opened up Ubisoft Connect and started downloading the game again saying I needed 100gb on top of the 50gb I already downloaded. What is happening? Do I have to refund because I don't have enough space even though on the store page it said 50gb was enough?
