I went ahead and merged this thread and the one you made just to keep things a little more together. My apologies that you've run into this issue with Little Mother as well.

Since you've already tried the troubleshooting provided and still aren't able to open the door, try reinstalling the game for me, please. If you're still not able to, grab me a short video clip of you trying to walk through the door so that I can get this passed along for further investigation. Thank you!
