[2022] [RESOLVED] Berserker Helm shows as owned in Reda's shop when not owning the item | POST HERE

I have merged all of your posts into one thread. I can confirm that this issue has been reported and is being investigated by the development team.

Could you also provide a video or image of your helmet inventory to show that you do not own the helmet, thanks.

@Tocanitza I have checked your account and you do not own the Berserker outfit, I am unable to see any previous purchases for it and it is not included in the Gold edition, only the Ultimate edition. I have merged your post with this thread as there is a known issue with the Berserker helm in Reda's shop at the moment where it is showing as owned even if you do not own it.

I apologise for the delayed update. A fix for this issue wherein the Berserker Helm showed as owned was deployed in TU 1.2.2. We will now be marking this thread as "Resolved." As we have had no further reports of the Berserker Helm showing as owned since this update, we will also be locking this thread.

If you encounter any further trouble with items in Reda's shop showing as owned when they haven't been purchased, please don't hesitate to create a new thread so we can investigate further.
