I have been receiving this error message for the last few days anytime I try to buy something in redas shop. I have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions yet still it persists. I have missed several daily items due to this and wasted time grinding in order to get these items. Its upsetting to see this is an issue that is still happening.

@CornCob_USA Hi there, sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. I see you've already tried some troubleshooting, was that the steps in this FAQ?

Sometimes connection issues can pop up when there's an issue with your Ubisoft account. Can you reset your password and let me know if this persists?
