[2022] DoR unable to start on PC

I pre purchased AC Valhalla in the Epic Games store on PC and have been finished with the game for some time along with the majority of in game content (1 & 2 DLC, main story, Max level, etc), but after the recent update I was able to trigger the crossover event with Kassandra, but the quest for getting into the Dawn of Ragnarok DLC "Restless Dreams" will not trigger and is not in my quest log. I have confirmed the update installed, it was a substantial download. I see v1.5.01 installed when I load the game.
