Ihave no problem starting the game and I get to the menu screen. but if I Continue or load a game it crashes to the desktop.
I can send an error report but thats it.
things ive tried so far:

New drivers installede from Nvidia
Reinstalled the game
verified the game installation
tried all settings to low
disableing applications that could conflict with the game
ran the game as administrator
whitelisted the game in firewall
checked the hd for corrupted files,none found


Heeeeelp
Ive even contacted support ( Case 13400758) but they are giving me the silent treatment
Any ideas?

If you're experiencing crashes in-game, please can you try our basic PC troubleshooting steps. In particular, please ensure that your drivers are fully up-to-date. I also suggest that you disable any background applications, as these can interfere with game files and cause crashes.

Once you have opened a support ticket, please attach an MSinfo and a DxDiag. Please also include all troubleshooting steps you have tried in your case notes.
