Hi: Thanks to the recent TU I was able to get the last 2 fish types I needed. I deliviered them to Arth, expecting to get the Swordfish. But, nothing. I tried looking in the Ubisoft Connect, think it might spwan there, nada. What do I need to do to get this damned sword I've spent so many hours (days possibly) fishing to get?

I'm sorry that you are not getting the last delivery task to get this finished! Can you double-check in your game that you've completed the following:
Like what Garbo3 said: after finishing all the challenges, you need to said goodbye to Arth first, and then go back to talk to him again to initiate the final fishing challenge for the final, Swordfish challenge. This mechanism from what I remember is the same for the hunting hut.
You'll need 3 regular eels, 3 big salmons, 3 big flatfish, and 3 big shads.
