[2022] Valhalla launches completely zoomed in

Trying to play Assassin's Cred Valhalla on PC and it launches so zoomed in I cannot see anything or even get to the settings to fix it. Far Cry 6, The Division 2 and Assassin's Creed Odyssey work perfectly fine. Any help to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
