Cannot access the chest under the stairs now that the camp has become friendly. I do not have a previous save game I can revert to. This bug has been reported many times but still isn't fixed. I cannot achieve 100% completion because of it.

I'm really sorry to hear you're unable to loot this chest! I've not seen reports of issues getting wealth from the chests in Stenwege, just from the enemy that drops the wealth. Can you provide an image so I can look into this further? Are you blocked by a door you're not able to get a key for? Or is the chest just not unlockable?
