Kara's shop is empty after 1.6.2 update. i already purchase everything there before the patch hit and it supposed to have crafting material. i tried to level up and see if the shop reset but it is not.

Hiya @Grand_310! If you have tried verifying your game files as well, could you confirm if your save is uploaded to the Cloud to have the team take a closer look into this?

The matter regarding Kara's shop has already been noted to the team.
In the meantime, you should still be able to purchase mats in other shops.

Hi @TheNorfolkian Ubi-TheBerry was referring to materials, apologies for the confusion.
I'm also sorry to hear that you keep receiving the pop-up notification. Can you please confirm how often you receive this notification and can you also provide an example of this occurring whilst in England.
