So I’ve claimed all the free rewards wanting to change my outfit in game to look like the old assassins games and for some reason they aren’t showing up in my inventory to be equipped I looked in the store and it says I bought them but they aren’t there. I don’t know what to do now.

Would you be able to take a screenshot of your rewards page showing what you have claimed on your account and a screenshot or video showing where you are checking in game for it?
