I had purchased Assassins creed valhalla on the day of launch (10/11/2020), and requested a refund through the support on the same day as i changed my mind on purchasing the game. I had not heard anything at all and on the 18/11/2020, i decided to update my request and query why it is taking so long for a refund. The support agent escalated the request. A week after this 25/11/2020, I updated the ticket again and still got the same response. I do not understand why it should take this long to hear back on a simple refund. I have not had any respone from Ubisoft other than when I myself have contacted them, this has been a total of 20 days and counting to get a refund!
