[2023] Assassins Creed - Valhallah will not sync to the cloud and will not launch

I have tried EVERYTHING found on YouTube and here.
I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and the same exact thing happens.
The game attempts to sync to the cloud and then the splash screen pops up and then the game attempts to sync to the cloud again (quicker) but then stops and then nothing.
What is going on?

Hey @Golfnutt8

Please can you just try disabling the cloud sync option in the Ubisoft Connect settings? The game still has an automatic cloud upload in-game that I believe will still function without it enabled.
