[2022] Cannot start river raids

Hello and sorry for my bad English.

I have a problem. When the river raids came into the game, I only played the introductory quest briefly, but then never continued.
Now I felt like playing AC again. But now I can't talk to Vagn or start the raids on the map table.
I have already reinstalled the game, but nothing has helped.
Are there things that have to be done before the river raids to play them? First of all, I'm not very far into the story yet....

please help...
