Game gave me 14 out of 15 medallions after completely finishing all zealots & members of the order, including The Father, now unable to hand in quest to Hytham.

I know it's super frustrating to be missing that last medallion and I'm really sorry for that. I'm not able to edit your save file or give the medallion but I can see where you posted on our mega-thread that the teams are using to track the issue and investigate.
