[2022] Missing quest and content from game (The Siege of Paris)

Hello, I started playing Valhalla on Xbox One X. In the menu, I had a quest to travel to Francia (The Siege of Paris) I talked to the NPC but never started it since I was saving it for later in the game. 
I have transferred my game (with all DLC) to an Xbox Series X (game version is 1.4.1.2). 
Now I don't have this quest, it's not visible in the menu nor the map, there is no NPC in the guesthouse (it's empty). Also I am missing certain content (like horse skins and the berserker armor).

Things I have tried with NO success:
- reinstalling the game with the DLC
- reinstalling just the Siege of Paris
- reloading an older save-game
What am I supposed to do?
