[2022] Unable to complete the Lolingestone Bandit Camp Wolf Mastery Challenge as NPC's spawn outside area

Hi!

I have an issue with the Lolingestone bandit camp wolf mastery challenge. I tried to solve it several times, either with quitting the challenge or restarting the game but none of that worked. My issue is that 1-2 npcs spawn outside the playable area and I can't earn a gold medal this way because I can't kill all the guards. I found in a community post that people had the same issue back when the mastery challenges were introduced, so it seems this bug is still in the game after nearly a year. I would really appreciate any help because I would like to earn gold medals for all of the mastery challenges.
