I have my internet disabled at this time (switching providers) and I cannot enjoy the game.
The auto-save icon appears, but isn't working. I also tried to manually save my progress at different times, with no avail. I switched over to my bf's account, he couldn't save any of his progress either. Please help!

Hi @acedyn22 I'm sorry to hear that you and your partner are experiencing issues saving your game.

Can you confirm what happens when you try to manually save the game, do you receive an error? If so could you provide a screenshot or video.

I'm sorry to hear that you are still experiencing issues with your saves.

Could you please confirm when your internet was disabled and also check to see which patch version your game is running on. The patch version can be seen in the main menu screen in the bottom corner.

With regards to the issue with the Yule festival, this has been reported by another player and will be fixed in a future update, however we have no ETA on when the update will be released.

Ah OK @acedyn22. Hope the issue is solved when you can get it updated but let us know how you get on.
