[2022] Problem with graphics on PC

Hello,
I have problem with graphic on my pc, is flickering and to bright especially indoor location, shadows are blinking textures dissapearing, etc..

My hardware configuration is:
Graphic Card: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 with Max-Q Design with drivers: Geforce Game Ready 511,79
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz  2.59 GHz
32,0 GB Ram
