I am the the beginning of the game, as you can see from my screenshot I am at the chapter 3 (or 4 maybe I didn't check). 
As you can see from the SS I am stuck. I am unable to get that wealth. This is how it happened. I got it + another one from the close proximity, then I disconnected. When I got back online, this door was clossed. What can I do?

I understand you can't not get wealth in "Reach Alrekstad".
I would kindly ask you to record a short video and send us a link so we can investigate this further. Please also make sure that your latest saves are uploaded to the cloud.
