Quest called Honor Bound is broken in version 6.20, aesir difficulty, PS4.
My crew won't leave the longhouse and fight. Their AI seems to be turned off as they don't react to the enemies hitting them.

Thank you for the video and I'm sorry to hear that your crew is lounging about instead of fighting as they should be.
Just to rule some things out, I'd ask you to complete the steps in this guide as they've resolved some similar issues for other players.
If that doesn't work, is there a previous save you can revert to and let me know if the issue still occurs there?
