[2022] Game constantly freezing

I'm sorry to hear that you've been encountering freezes whilst playing the Dawn of Ragnarok expansion. Thanks for letting us know what troubleshooting steps you've already tried, as well as providing a video of the freezing.

Just to confirm, have you been able to try all of the steps shared on our basic PC troubleshooting article? You've mentioned that you've already tried verifying your game files and updating your drivers - thanks for that! Have you also been able to ensure that all Windows updates have been installed, as well as disabling any background applications that could be conflicting with the game files?

If you have tried all of these steps and the issue continues to persist, would you be able to provide us with the following information? This will help us to create a support ticket for you for further investigation:

• Have you been able to play the game without experiencing crashes / freezes before?
• When did these crashes / freezes first occur? Please be as exact as possible.
• Have you made any recent changes to your system, such as updating your Operating System or installing new software?
• Are there any specific triggers for these crashes / freezes? For instance, do they happen when launching the game, or during a loading screen?
