I just pre-purchased AC Valhalla (Standard Edition) this morning via the store website (and I used 100 points for 20% discount), but when I finalised the purchased, there was an error, The order has failed.

I haven't received an email with a confirmation of purchase, the game is not showing up in my library, my points have now disappeared and it appears the code cannot be used again, but my VISA Credit account has a pending transaction. So it appears as though I have been charged, but I do not have the game.

So, I really want to know if

1. The purchase definitely went through or Do I need to do another purchase and wait for refund of the first purchase??
2. Why it's not showing in my library
3. If there is an issue can you sort ASAP, because I really want the pre order bonus content. Dont want it to go to waste.

I'm really eager to do another purchase but I'm afraid it would end up having the same error.

Hey Restinpizes, I'll do my best to answer each of your questions as best I can.

I can't see an order for Assassin's Creed Valhalla in your transactions list, so I do believe your payment to have failed. If your funds are in an authorisation hold, they'll be automatically released eventually, but you may wish to contact your bank about this to see if they can provide you with an estimate of how long. We can also investigate a hold on our side and try to release it from our side, so please update your support case with the following details for us to look into that for you (if they're not already there!):

- the time and date of the attempted transaction
- the amount you paid / see held and the currency
- your full name as it appears on your card / account that you used

2. Why it's not showing in my library

Because the order was unsuccessful, meaning you don't own the game for it to appear in your library.

3. If there is an issue can you sort ASAP, because I really want the pre order bonus content. Dont want it to go to waste.

Our team will do everything they can once you reach out, however I can't guarantee that we'd be able to provide the preorder bonus. If your payment failed, you'll need to place a new order for the game.
