Good day all

I Need advice.

I have a very old Ubisoft account that had automatically connected to my PSN back in the PS3 era. I have since lost access to the email attached. When I downloaded and played AC Valhalla on the PS5 for the first time today it stated that there is a security risk and I need to reset my password. This is where the problem occurs as I do not have access to the email attached. After speaking to the customer support they cannot help me even unlink or remove the Ubisoft account from my profile. Is there anything I can do to remove it as losing the online functionality of all previous and future games makes me lose hope for anything Ubisoft. I dont mind losing all my existing Upoints and progress on the previous account. The guy helping me suggested I create a new PSN account but losing all my purchased games just to link a Ubisoft account seems a bit extreme.

What should I do to get a new account linked to my current PSN?

Sorry to hear that you have no longer access to the email address.

Can I kindly ask you to provide us with your case number, so we can have a look? I tried to check for cases linked to your profile, but sadly I wasn't able to find any to investigate it quicker for you.

Regarding the support tickets, I'm sorry to hear about the poor experience you've had with our support team. Unfortunately, I cannot handle this matter on a public thread. Please contact us via our Facebook or Twitter Ubisoft Support pages, and myself and the team will personally assist you with recovering the account and resetting the password. I'll give our folks a heads up.
