[2023] New PS5 wont use ps4 saves

I have read the thread on the ps4 to ps 5 saves. I am trying to restore my game to a ps4 game as my ps5 one got deleted by someone else when they started a new game on my profile. What is the proper procedure to force the ps5 version to recognize the ps4 save?

@jnl1105 Hey there! Since Assassin's Creed Valhalla supports cloud saves, you can upload save games on your PS4 and then access them on a PS5 console. Please check out this FAQ for more info on how to do this.
