I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble creating a manual save whilst playing Assassin's Creed Valhalla. Can you provide us with more information about what happens when you try to create a manual save? Do you encounter any error messages or pop-ups?
Can you also let us know if your game is auto-saving, or if you are unable to create any type of save at all? If you can provide a video which shows what happens when you try to save your game, this will be helpful for further investigation.
