I'm sorry to hear that you've been unable to purchase any items from Reda's Shop. Thanks for letting us know that you've been able to access the contracts fine. Are you still unable to load any items to purchase?
If so, can you please send us an image that shows Reda's Shop as empty? We can pass this along to the development team for further investigation.
Can you also let us know if you receive any error codes when trying to access Reda's Shop?

I'm sorry to hear you've been unable to purchase items from Reda's shop. Thanks for including an image, and for letting us know what troubleshooting you've already tried.
Are you still unable to purchase items now? If so, could you send us an additional short video that shows you're able to access Reda's quests, and how long is left on the timers within this menu? Can you then also show us the weekly/daily selection as empty? We can then pass this along to the development team for a closer look.
I'd recommend uploading the footage to a sharing platform, such as YouTube or Google Drive, as this will allow you to post a shareable link within this thread.
