new update dlc assassin's creed valhalla dawn of ragnarok can't start a shop in the game and the game crashes do you have anyone this problem too?

Hey there @davidlukes and @JCar4327 , I appreciate you reaching out about this. My sincerest apologies for the delay in responding. I understand you've faced crashes when trying to open the store - I'd really like to help get that sorted, if the issue persists even now.

@JCar4327 , I see from other threads that you are on Xbox One - have you checked our troubleshooting guide? In particular from the link, please make sure you've fully updated the console's system and all software, you've disconnected it from the network for a few minutes to reset its connection, and give it a full power-cycle. If it still doesn't work, can you tell me if the game crashes with an error message?

@davidlukes , can you let me know what platform you are on, and also let me know if the game crashes with an error message, and if it goes back to your desktop or dashboard, or if you need to force-quit the program or reset the console?
