I have purchased 2 Items during the item-sale a few weeks ago. Unfortunately one of the Items disappeard after I purchased it. What can I do to get it back or what should I do now?

We'll certainly look into that for you but it's probably best raised via a support case as we'll likely need to request a few bits of info from you to investigate further.
