I have had the permanent XP/Silver boost purchased with helix credits for some time now. I linked my Amazon Prime to Ubisoft a few days ago and received my druid settlement bundle on my other saved games that I had plenty of time invested, no issues there, this bug did not happen to my other games.

I started a new game this evening.

Upon reaching the "the family matters" mission in Fornburg. Normally right after speaking with Gunnar and then speaking to Randvi usually triggers the release of all purchased items and boosts. Everything unlocked as expected, except this time, the black pop-ups announced that I had the XP/silver boost. I went to pause them as I do at times and when I checked the main inventory screen the icons only show an hour remaining on the boosts and not the 11 thousand days or whatever that it usually shows on my other games. I assume this is because the druid settlement pack gives me 5 one-hour boosts.

So I played for a while and when the 1 hour timer on the boosts expired they were not replaced with the purchased versions, the boosts simply ended.

Troubleshooting I have tried;
I tried disconnecting the ps4 from the internet and reloading the game from scratch, as that has proven to be a workaround for when bonus content hasn't loaded before, but it did not work for this.
Reloading the game from the manual save or autosaves after the boosts had expired did not make the purchased ones show up either.

I can take screenshots if necessary.

I can confirm that this issue has been reported by several players and it is being investigated.
