I'm playing on the Playstation 5 and it seems like the latest patch brought me a new bug that isn't game braking but irritates me a lot and kills the immersion of the game. Whenever I go ride a horse the galloping sounds are completely missing. I tried downloading safe files abd and restarted the game and everything but nothing is working.

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing muted sound while riding your mount.
I can see that this issue has been already reported to the development team and it's currently being investigated. Once we have an update, we are going to let everyone know through the patch notes. I'd like to reach out to you all with an update. I'm happy to announce that the issue with missing sounds when riding your mount should be fixed in TU 1.2.1. This update was deployed 27 April, 2021 at 1 PM CEST / 8 AM ET.
If you are still encountering issues with missing sounds when using your mount following TU 1.2.1, please don't hesitate to update this thread so we can take a closer look. Please include a video that shows the following:
