[2022] The Mysterious Berserker bear issue

Running patch 1.5.0.1 on PC. Unable to do The Mysterious Berserker quest being as the bear spawns within the ceiling of the cave or under ground if you above the cave. See screen shot and video via google drive

I have tried different saves and also loaded a different game (Ie my female character.) I've also validating the games files and relaunched the game yet problem persists.
